The hotel offers a fantastic location on Ben Gourion Blvd, right in the bustling German Colony and just a short walk to the Bahai Gardens. My room was stylish and spacious, although it did have some quirks. Breakfast options nearby were excellent, but my experience was marred by cleanliness issues. Despite being a boutique hotel with unique charm, a few areas require attention for overall satisfaction.
Rooms
7.0
I stayed in the Avalon room, which was stylish and spacious with an open shower. However, I found the setup with windows to the parking lot a bit off, and although it felt private due to mirrored glass, I was surprised by the cleanliness, as it could use more thorough cleaning.
Service
6.0
The service was inconsistent. While I appreciated the free coffee and bottled water during my stay, they were not replenished on the second night, which was disappointing.
Location
10.0
The location is a highlight, with numerous bars and restaurants just around the corner and within walking distance to major attractions like the Bahai Gardens.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast options in nearby restaurants were excellent, particularly Fattoush next door, which had a fantastic atmosphere. Overall, while breakfast was convenience-focused, it was quite enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked some basic facilities, like an elevator to the second floor, making it inconvenient for carrying heavy bags.

6.8/10
My stay was a mix of highs and lows at this boutique hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the German Colony with a ton of great restaurants nearby, but it seems the photos might be a bit misleading. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the noise from the surrounding bars was really disruptive, which affected the overall experience. With a bit of improvement in soundproofing and service, it could be an unforgettable stay.
Rooms

Our room was spacious and clean, featuring nice furnishings, but it didn’t quite match the stylish vibe we were hoping for.
Service
6.0
Service was hit or miss; our reception experience varied from friendly to somewhat cold, which was quite surprising.
Location
9.0
Located right on the main street of the German Colony, it was the perfect base to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.
Dining
7.0
While breakfast options were plentiful just a short stroll away, I did miss a few because of the early serving time.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, but the lack of soundproofing really detracted from the overall enjoyment.

This boutique hotel offers a fantastic stay right in the heart of Haifa, with a perfect location surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are stylish and spacious, making for a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist. However, the lack of a pool might be a downside for some, and the balcony view could use some maintenance.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was quite spacious and stylishly decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and sufficient amenities like a mini fridge and safe. The large shower was a nice touch, although it faced the parking lot.

Located on Ben Gurion Blvd, the hotel is right in the German Colony and only a short walk to the Bahai Gardens. The vibrant nightlife and numerous dining options nearby made it an ideal base for my stay.

The breakfast vouchers for local restaurants were a great perk, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals just steps away from the hotel. The variety was excellent, and the food was delightful.

While the hotel lacks a pool, it does offer a cozy atmosphere in a beautifully renovated space. Parking was free, which was very convenient.

5.6/10
This hotel has a unique guest house feel, which was a surprise for us. While the rooms were clean and nicely renovated, the noise from the nearby restaurant and the street made for a restless night. The breakfast options were limited, and the location is quite busy, but the staff was pleasant enough to leave a decent impression. Overall, it wasn't worth the 4-star rating we expected.
Rooms
The rooms were clean and had nice furnishings, but the hard mattresses took away from comfort. Rating: 7/10
Service
The staff was pleasant but the service in the restaurant could use improvement, feeling indifferent at times. Rating: 6/10
Location
The hotel is situated on a very busy street, and our room was directly over a restaurant which contributed to the noise. Rating: 5/10
Dining
Breakfast was provided through a voucher system at nearby restaurants, but choices were limited and we had to pay for additional coffee. Rating: 4/10

6.2/10
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. While it had its quirks, including a strange decor with mannequins, I found some comfort in the spacious room. The location was fantastic, right in the German Colony with easy access to local attractions. However, the service was hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and others not so much. Overall, it was a unique experience, but I might consider other options in the future.
Rooms
6.0
The room was quite large and initially had a strong smell of detergent, but I grew to find it comfortable over time. It faced the back towards a parking lot, which wasn’t the most charming view, and it was located in an annex up several flights of stairs with no lift.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit inconsistent. One staff member was accommodating, while another seemed disinterested and offered little assistance with local info. There were some communication issues about amenities like hot water.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location was truly great, situated in the heart of the German Colony, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby cafes and attractions. I appreciated the proximity to major Haifa sites.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast came via vouchers to a nearby restaurant, which was decent but not particularly refined. I did enjoy a meal at Fattoush next door, which was one of the better dining experiences.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic and not particularly fancy. The quirky decoration with mannequins and odd trinkets added a unique but jarring feel to the hotel.
